Dr. Patricia Olsen

Dr. Olsen grew up along the north shore of Lake Superior in Northern Ontario. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Ontario and earned her M.D. from the University of Ottawa in 1990. After completing her family medicine residency in Ottawa, she returned to Thunder Bay and practiced for two years before getting married and moving across the country to Victoria, where she has been in family practice since. She loves babies. As a matter of fact, she loves them so much that she had four of her own. Dr. Olsen is now quite happy to be helping others welcome their little ones into the world. Outside of work, Dr. Olsen is active in the community, and loves music and the arts, reading and sewing. Her favourite past time of all, though, is cheering her kids and now grandkids on in their many adventures and activities.
